Boiled Sweet Corn
Two cups finely chopped onion and tomato

To make Corn Chaat, first boil the sweet corn in salt water for five minutes and then filter it and separate it. After this, take out these boiled hot corns in a big mixing bowl and now add chopped onion, tomato, cucumber and green chillies in it. Also add chaat masala, cumin powder, red chilli and black salt as per taste. Finally, add lemon juice and fresh coriander as per taste and mix all the ingredients well. In this way your nutritious and tasty corn chaat will be ready in just 10 minutes.
