Tarsons Products Q4 Results: Net Profit Slumps 59% to Rs 4.2 crore, revenue up 7.3%
Tarsons Products reported mixed Q4 FY26 results, with the company posting a sharp decline in profitability even as revenue witnessed steady year-on-year growth. The laboratory plasticware maker saw pressure on margins during the quarter, reflecting higher operating costs and softer earnings performance.
The company’s net profit declined 59% year-on-year to ₹4.2 crore in the fourth quarter, compared to ₹10.2 crore reported in the corresponding quarter last year. Despite the steep fall in profit, revenue from operations increased 7.3% to ₹120.9 crore against ₹112.7 crore in the year-ago period, indicating stable demand momentum across its business segments.
Tarsons Products reported EBITDA of ₹34.3 crore for the quarter, down 7.4% from ₹37 crore recorded in the same quarter previous year. The EBITDA margin also contracted significantly to 28.4% from 32.9% on a YoY basis, highlighting pressure on operational efficiency and profitability.
Tarsons Products remains one of India’s leading players in the laboratory consumables and plasticware segment, catering to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, research, and diagnostic industries. The company continues to focus on expanding manufacturing capabilities and strengthening its product portfolio to support long-term growth.
