Your body will remain healthy and digestion will be strong.

Eat multigrain flour bread- The first rule is to know which flour the roti you are eating is made of. You should not eat bread made only from wheat flour. Add 1 kg soybean, 1 kg barley and 1 kg gram flour in 10 kg flour.

Mix leaves in flour- Now the second rule is that whenever you make roti from flour, definitely add leaves while kneading the dough. You can use any leaves like spinach, fenugreek, bathua, drumstick. Finely chop any leaves and add 25 percent of the amount of dough you are kneading. Make roti with it and eat it.

Water after eating- The third rule of water is that whenever you eat food, never drink water with food. You can drink water half an hour before or 40 minutes after eating. Yes, you can drink water in between meals, one or two sips if you feel very thirsty or find it spicy. If you drink water immediately after eating food, it reduces Agni.

Eat only when you are hungry and thirsty- The fourth rule is that food should be eaten only when one is hungry. Don’t eat when you’re not hungry. Don’t drink water if you don’t feel thirsty. Apart from this, one should not drink cold drinks or tea or coffee with food.

Do not eat food after sunset- The fifth and most important rule is that you should not eat food after sunset. Do fast for one day in a week. Eat for six days, don’t eat for one day. With this all diseases will be cured on their own.
