The Chief Minister clarified that AI will be used in all sectors including administration, policing, industry and education. 1. AI in administration and policing

CM said that thousands of CCTV cameras installed in Bihar will be linked with AI technology, so that criminals can be identified and action taken faster. This will make the policing system more smart and effective.

2. Transparency in government system

He said that AI technology is being used in the tender process and in various government departments, which has increased transparency and saved crores of rupees for the government. This will also help in curbing corruption.

3. Expansion of ‘Sahayog Portal’

The Chief Minister directed that a digital platform should be created where people of Bihar living in the country and abroad can give their suggestions and contribute for the development of the state.

4. Appeal to migrant Biharis

Making an emotional appeal to the migrant Biharis, the CM said that those who are successful outside should also contribute to the development of their birthplace. He said that the government is making serious efforts to stop the migration of workers.

5. Ganga Expressway and Infrastructure

He said that the existing Marine Drive of Patna is 21 kilometers long, but now it will be developed into about 125 kilometers long Ganga Expressway. This project will be built on PPP model at a cost of approximately Rs 19 thousand crore.

6. Big target in electricity and IT sector

The Chief Minister said that Bihar is currently producing about 10 thousand MW electricity, which has been targeted to be increased to 20 thousand MW in the next five years. Along with this, IT hubs and data centers are also being developed rapidly in the state.
