IPL 2026 Playoffs: Timing, Venues, and other details of Qualifier 1, Eliminator, Qualifier 2 and final

All four IPL 2026 playoff franchises have been confirmed. While Royal Challengers Bengaluru, Gujarat Titans, and Sunrisers Hyderabad were the top three teams to make it to the next round, Rajasthan Royals became the fourth outfit to reach the final four with a 30-run win over the five-time champions at the Wankhede Stadium on Sunday.  RR’s win confirmed the elimination of the Punjab Kings and the Kolkata Knight Riders from the race.

Rajasthan finished the league stage with 16 points from 14 matches.

Details of the IPL 2026 playoffs

Qualifier 1: RCB vs GT

Date: May 26

Time: 7:30 PM IST

Venue: Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium, Dharamsala

Royal Challengers Bengaluru topped the table with 18 points and a better net run rate. Gujarat Titans also recorded 18 points but finished second.

Eliminator: SRH vs RR

Date: May 27

Time: 7:30 PM IST

Venue: Maharaja Yadavindra Singh International Cricket Stadium, Mullanpur, New Chandigarh

Sunrisers Hyderabad amassed 18 points, but RCB and GT had a better net run rate than the 2016 champions. SRH finished third, and they will now face the Rajasthan Royals in the Eliminator.

Qualifier 2: Loser of Qualifier 1 vs Winner of Eliminator

MI and Chennai Super Kings have won five titles each, while KKR have won three times.
