The Meteorological Department has issued an orange alert of heat wave in Delhi till next Thursday. There is a possibility of thunderstorm and rain in Delhi from Friday. Next Saturday and Sunday the capital will be cloudy with strong winds.

The Meteorological Department has reported that a cyclonic circulation is forming from Punjab to south-west Rajasthan. Which is at the lower tropospheric level. At the same time, cyclonic circulation is also taking place in and around the southern areas of Bihar. According to the Meteorological Department, there may be light to moderate rain with thunderstorms and strong winds in Jammu and Kashmir and Uttarakhand till Monday, in Himachal Pradesh on May 29. At the same time, there is a possibility of moderate rain and strong wind in Haryana and Punjab on 28 and 29 May. Light to moderate rain, thunder and strong wind may also be seen in Western UP. There is a possibility of rain in many other areas of UP also.

The Meteorological Department has said that till May 27, there will be strong winds with thunderstorms and light to moderate rain in the Himalayan areas of West Bengal and Sikkim. Light to moderate rain may occur in Bihar and Jharkhand till May 29, and in Odisha till May 27. The Meteorological Department has said that there are chances of thunder, lightning and strong wind in Central Maharashtra, Konkan and Goa. Light to moderate rain may occur in these areas also. Monsoon has reached near Kerala. It is believed that it will enter the south-western region of India in the next two to four days.
