The Meteorological Department has reported that a cyclonic circulation is forming from Punjab to south-west Rajasthan. Which is at the lower tropospheric level. At the same time, cyclonic circulation is also taking place in and around the southern areas of Bihar. According to the Meteorological Department, there may be light to moderate rain with thunderstorms and strong winds in Jammu and Kashmir and Uttarakhand till Monday, in Himachal Pradesh on May 29. At the same time, there is a possibility of moderate rain and strong wind in Haryana and Punjab on 28 and 29 May. Light to moderate rain, thunder and strong wind may also be seen in Western UP. There is a possibility of rain in many other areas of UP also.
