Action on stray dogs in Punjab, Singer Mika Singh came forward to help

New Delhi. The recent decision of the Punjab government has given rise to a new debate across the country. After Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann’s announcement to remove stray dogs from crowded areas, while one section is supporting this decision, on the other hand, animal lovers and many celebs are expressing their displeasure over it. The matter is no longer just an administrative decision, but has come to the fore as a sensitive social and humanitarian issue.

Meanwhile, popular singer of Bollywood and music industry Mika Singh has taken a big and emotional step. Posting on social media, he has announced that he will donate about 10 acres of his land for stray dogs, where a safe shelter home can be prepared for them. Mika says that this place will not just be a shelter, but there will also be complete arrangements for food, treatment and security for the dogs.

Mika Singh, in his message, said that no animal deserves violence, torture or killing, even if it is said to be for “control” for any reason. He also said that real humanity is determined not by our behavior towards powerful people, but by our attitude towards weak and helpless creatures.

In his emotional message he wrote that stray dogs cannot speak, cannot protect themselves, but all they know is loyalty, love and trying to survive. In such a situation, it is the responsibility of the society to provide a safe place for them.

However, Mika also clarified that to make this project successful, they will need the cooperation of the government, administration and even the Supreme Court, so that it can be implemented on a large scale and proper management can be ensured.

After this announcement, Mika Singh is being praised a lot on social media. Many people have described his action as “an example of humanity”. Some users have called it an inspirational initiative and have appealed to other celebs to come forward.

  • On the other hand, both opposition and support for the decision of the Punjab government are continuing. Animal rights organizations say the problem should be solved not by mere removal, but by scientific and humane methods. Amidst this entire controversy, this initiative of Mika Singh has now become the center of discussion, which has given a new humanitarian perspective to this issue.
