Effect of heat, long traffic jam from Manali to Nainital, tourists stranded for hours

Let us tell you, now the situation has become such that long queues of vehicles are being seen on the roads from Manali to Nainital and people are stuck in traffic for hours.

Due to this, traffic was completely affected in many areas of the city including Chandigarh-Manali National Highway on Sunday. During this time, long queues of vehicles were formed since morning on the routes leading to Manali city, Mall Road, Vashishtha, Solanganala, Palchan and Atal Tunnel. Not only this, due to jam, vehicles were seen moving very slowly at many places, due to which tourists and local people had to face a lot of problems.

Meanwhile, maximum traffic jam was seen on the roads leading from Manali to Solanganala and Atal Tunnel. Let us tell you that there was a jam several kilometers long from Palchan to Solang, due to which tourists remained stranded on the roadside for hours. Not only this, the effect of the jam was seen on taxi drivers, employees and school children.

Problems also arise due to parking facility

The situation was also very bad in the market and bus stand of Manali. Let us tell you that due to disorganized parking and increasing crowd, many times the traffic came to a complete halt, due to which the police had to struggle a lot to control the traffic. At the same time, local businessmen and hoteliers say that the increasing number of tourists is good for business, but if the traffic system is not improved, it can affect tourism. Due to this, local people have demanded from the administration to increase parking facilities and start shuttle service.

Four kilometer long jam in Nainital

A huge crowd was also seen at Kainchi Dham located in Nainital district of Uttarakhand. Let us tell you that due to the increasing number of devotees and tourists, there was a jam of about four kilometers long from Kainchi Dham to Niglat. Along with this, vehicles were also seen crawling for hours on Bhawali-Almora National Highway due to traffic jam.
