Ebola virus created havoc in this country, number of cases crossed 900
Congo. The havoc of Ebola virus is increasing in the African country Congo. Congolese officials have informed that the number of suspected cases has crossed 900 during the ongoing Ebola havoc in the eastern part of the country. Congo’s Ministry of Communications informed on social media on Sunday that 904 suspected cases of Ebola virus have been reported and 119 suspected deaths have been recorded.
Earlier, Congolese officials had informed that more than 700 suspected cases of Ebola virus have been registered in the country and more than 170 suspicious deaths have been reported. Most of the Ebola cases were linked to Congo’s Ituri province. The highest outbreak of Ebola has been seen in this area. The World Health Organization (WHO) has also informed that the Ebola outbreak is posing a high risk to Congo. However, it has also been informed that the risk of Ebola spreading globally is not high.
