On the day of Bakri Eid, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has directed police officials and DMs to ensure that under no circumstances, namaz is offered in open spaces on the festival day; Instead, prayers should be offered inside the mosque premises. Furthermore, there is no need to perform any kind of animal sacrifice in open spaces, there is a strict prohibition on the sacrifice of restricted animals, and the festival of Bakri Eid will be celebrated as per established traditions. 1. Namaz should be offered inside the mosque premises only.
2. Namaz should not be offered in open places under any circumstances.
3. Namaz should not be offered by blocking the roads.
4. If the number of worshipers is large, then prayers should be offered in shifts.
5. No animal sacrifice should be performed in open places.
6. Sacrifice of banned animals is strictly prohibited.
7. Do not spread garbage or filth after the sacrifice.
8. A close watch should be kept on mischievous elements.
