Arshdeep Singh deletes 200 posts from Instagram, famous reel with Virat Kohli also removed

India and Punjab Kings fast bowler Arshdeep Singh deleted more than 200 posts from his Instagram profile. The left-arm speedster was associated with PBSK in the IPL 2026, and the franchise failed to qualify for the playoffs. Arshdeep was under the scanner for his videos after one of the clips showed Yuzvendra Chahal vaping during a flight. The Board of Control for Cricket in India swung into action, and according to reports, he was told to stop vlogging during the 19th season of the tournament. Arshdeep’s viral reel with Virat Kohli from the 2025 Champions Trophy has also been removed.

There is no statement from the player regarding his social media activity, leaving fans curious. His supporters are surprised after failing to understand the reason behind the sudden move.

The number of his uploads has come down to just 40. Arshdeep hasn’t deleted the posts related to Punjab Kings, and his bio still has the PBKS name. The remaining posts feature moments with his family members and his achievements on the cricket field. The biggest surprise is the removal of the clip featuring Kohli, as it had amassed 150 million views.

Arshdeep has also faced backlash multiple times in recent times. His remark on Mumbai Indians batter Tilak Varma was called racist.

“Oye Andhere, sunscreen lagaaya?” he had said. Fans slammed him for crossing the line.

Former India cricketer Laxman Sivaramakrishnan had slammed the speedster and urged the decision-makers to ban him from the IPL.

“Nobody believed me. Everyone mocked and trolled me. Arshdeep should be banned this season and should be paid on a pro rata basis. The players today should be hit where it hurts the most,” he had written on X.

He further added, “If BCCI takes action, I will name people who racially abused me.”

Keyboard warriors called out his reply to a PBKS fan following the team’s defeat to MI at home. Arshdeep also teased his teammate Priyansh Arya, a story that went viral.

In 14 games, he took 14 wickets at an economy rate of 10.21. and was one of the reasons behind the failure of the Kings.
