People are raising questions on social media

In such a situation, let us know what the ban imposed on actor Ranveer by FWICE means and whether Ranveer Singh will really not be able to work now.

What is the meaning of FWICE ban?

  • FWICE ban simply means ‘non-cooperation movement’ in the film industry.
  • This is not a legal restriction, but a great advice.
  • Under this, the union appeals to all its workers like technicians and crew members not to work with that actor.
  • However, no film can be made in Bollywood without these laborers and workers, hence due to this ban, the shooting of that actor’s existing films stops and he also stops getting new projects.

Will Ranveer Singh not be able to work in films now?

This ban has not been imposed by the government nor is there any legal restriction on Ranveer Singh due to this. Therefore, he can sign new films in future also. This simply means that he will continue to work in Bollywood and continue to appear in films. However, it is being said in media reports that Ranveer Singh cannot shoot or produce any films in India until he and the producers of ‘DON 3’ reach a conclusion.
