Karnataka CM: DK Shivakumar will be the new Chief Minister of Karnataka, CM Siddaramaiah will resign today at 3 pm
Bengaluru. Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has announced his resignation on Thursday. DK Shivakumar will be the new Chief Minister of Karnataka. He announced this in a breakfast meeting with ministers at the CM residence in Bengaluru. He informed the ministers about his decision.
Siddaramaiah will go to Lok Bhavan at 3 pm. He will submit his resignation to the Governor’s office as Karnataka Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot is not in Bengaluru at present. He is currently in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. It is being said that one of his relatives is ill and he has come here to see him.
After CM Siddaramaiah’s breakfast meeting, Karnataka Minister HK Patil said, “The Chief Minister will resign at 3 o’clock. CM Siddaramaiah said that we will make DK Shivakumar the new CM, he will become the CM.”
