Home Minister Amit Shah: If the infiltrators go back on their own, the government will not file any case, giving the opportunity, Home Minister Amit Shah said
New Delhi. Referring to the infiltration in Bengal, Union Home Minister Amit Shah said that earlier during Mamata Banerjee’s rule, infiltration used to happen every day, today we are seeing in the newspapers that now the infiltrators have started going back on their own. CM Shubhendu Adhikari and the BJP government of Bengal have created detention centers for infiltrators, but we all want that those who have infiltrated and come illegally should go back. If the infiltrators go back on their own, the Bengal government will not file any case against them but will also help them to go back.
I want to tell the infiltrators to return to their country on their own in time… pic.twitter.com/kKoQ0lfmhE

The Home Minister said, I hope that when the campaign for identification starts, many people will leave on their own before that. It is the resolve of our government to selectively expel every infiltrator from the country. For this, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has decided to form a Demography Change Committee. This High Power Committee will find out the reasons for the artificial change in demography that has taken place across the country, suggest solutions and if there is a need to make any law for this, it will also consider it.

Shah said, we had said in the elections that as soon as the BJP government is formed in Bengal, we will start the work of installing barbed wire on the border with Bangladesh. I want to congratulate Bengal CM Subhendu Adhikari that within seven days of the formation of the government, he took the decision to hand over 600 hectares of land to BSF. 121 hectares of land of Chicken Neck has been given to the Central Government. Narendra Modi, who started the journey of development from Gujarat, has worked to spread Gujarat’s development model from Kashmir to Kanyakumari and from Ganga Sagar to Somnath in 12 years. From Gangotri in Uttarakhand to Ganga Sagar in Bengal, our leader Narendra Modi has done the work of hoisting the saffron of the Bharatiya Janata Party.
