After land registry in Bihar, tension of filing and rejection ends, Samrat government took historic decision

Bihar News: A very big and relief news has come to the fore for those buying and selling land in Bihar. The state government has adopted a very strict stance regarding the delay in the process of land registration and rejection. Bihar Revenue and Land Reforms Minister Dr. Dilip Kumar Jaiswal has given a big target to the officials of the department. He has issued an order to dispose of more than three lakh pending rejection cases across the state within the next 15 days. Since this decision of the government, there has been a stir among the officers and employees of the entire Revenue Department.

There was a stir in the department and a new letter

With the arrival of this big order, the Revenue Department has come into full action mode. At the departmental level, instructions have been sent to the District Magistrates and Circle Officers of all the districts of Bihar to complete the work expeditiously. Let us tell you that just a few days ago, Department Secretary Jai Singh had also issued a similar order to all the districts. Now, exactly 15 days later, after strict instructions were again issued by the minister himself, this matter has taken an even more serious form. The Secretary of the department has once again sent a special letter to all the District Magistrates and stressed on immediate disposal of these cases.

More than three lakh applications are stuck

According to government figures, at present around three lakh ten thousand cases of rejections filed in the entire state of Bihar are pending at different levels. Department officials say that due to very minor irregularities and minor technical deficiencies, the applications of such a large number of people are stuck. Apart from this, the investigation work was greatly affected due to the revenue employees and zonal officers going on mass leave recently. But now the government seems to be in no mood for any kind of delay.

Work will not stop due to technical deficiencies

This time the government has taken a very important decision in favor of land owners. According to the new instructions, now no application will be returned or rejected without any reason on the basis of minor or minor technical errors. Revenue employees have been clearly told to examine the applications with a positive mindset so that the general public does not have to face any trouble. The main objective of the government is to provide relief to the people and make their lives easier. To fulfill this goal of ease of living, the entire process of filing and rejecting is being greatly simplified.

The screws will be tightened on the negligence of employees

It is often seen that lower level employees deliberately find shortcomings in the applications. To overcome this problem, the department has implemented a new and strict rule. Under this new rule, if any revenue employee points out any deficiency or error in any person’s application, then the concerned zonal officer i.e. CO will compulsorily investigate it himself. If the officer feels that the objection raised by the employee is wrong or unreasonable then the application will not be returned directly to the applicant. Instead, that application will be sent to the concerned employee for rectification and the accountability of the employee will be fixed.

The general public will get great relief

This highly commendable and strict step of the Bihar government is expected to provide huge relief to lakhs of land owners in the state. People who have been making rounds of government offices for a long time to get their filings rejected will now be able to complete their work sitting at home within the stipulated time. This will not only curb corruption but will also save people’s time and money. Now it remains to be seen how quickly this land related department is able to settle these lakhs of cases within the stipulated 15 days after this strict stance of the government.
