At the time of marriage, Gunjan was only intermediate (12th) pass, but she had a desire to move ahead. Aman made this dream of his wife his own. He got Gunjan graduated, funded the expensive studies of B.Ed and then worked day and night to prepare for BPSC.

Aman claims that to meet the expenses of his wife’s education, he not only took a loan but also sold one and a half katha of his ancestral land in the year 2022. This immense sacrifice of Aman also bore fruit and at the end of the year 2023, Gunjan was selected as a government teacher for classes 6 to 8 under BPSC TRE-2. It is being told that in the year 2024, when Gunjan’s training was going on in Triveniganj, Supaul, she met her old college friend Prem Prakash (Jaiswal). Aman alleges that the closeness between the two started increasing from June 2024 itself. Aman lived in Vaishali for his work, while Gunjan had shifted to a 2BHK rented house in Simrahi Bazaar with her 10-year-old son. It is alleged that Prem Prakash was a frequent visitor to that house.
