Regarding its new launch, the company claims that this new ring is smaller, lighter and smarter than before. The new ring is smaller and stronger than before

Among the changes that Oura Ring 5 has made in the new ring, the ring is made from lightweight titanium material. Regarding which the company says that it is about 40 percent smaller than Oura Ring 4. At the same time, it has been given a strong coating for better scratch resistance. Apart from this, IP68 rating and water resistance up to 100 meters make it more reliable for everyday use. Not only this, new signal architecture, upgraded LEDs and 12 enhanced signal pathways have also been included in the ring. This improves the accuracy of health data even on different skin tones and finger sizes.

Health radar will monitor health

The biggest attraction of this new smart ring is its new health radar feature. In which the biometric trends of the user are continuously analyzed. Additionally, features like blood pressure signals and nighttime breathing monitoring have also been included in this device, which also tracks signs of heart health and breathing problems during sleep. Finally, let us tell you that through Oura app, users can also monitor their workout in real-time.

AI will give personal health advice

In the world of AI, AI based healthcare support has also been added to Oura Ring 5. For which the company has partnered with Counsel Health to provide personalized health suggestions based on user data by including AI-powered health assistance and advisor system. For users taking GLP-1 medicines, a new GLP-1 Insights feature has been introduced in the device. Due to which metabolic health can be understood in a better way.

What is the price in India and when will it be available?

For information, let us tell you that the price of silver and black variants of Oura Ring 5 in America has been kept at $ 399, which is around Rs 38,000 in Indian rupees. Along with this, the price of Gold, Stealth, Brushed Silver and Deep Rose variants is available at $499 which is around Rs 47,600 in Indian Rupees.

Let us tell you that for now its price and launch date have not been announced in India, but the company has said that features like Health Radar, Blood Pressure Signals, Nighttime Breathing and GLP-1 Insights will be made available to Indian users from June 2026. Along with this, features like Live Activity Tracking, Locate and Data Deletion are going to be rolled out globally from June 4.
