New Delhi : CJP i.e. Cockroach Janta Party has now come to the center of another legal and political controversy. The controversies related to this party, which has become increasingly popular on social media, are not stopping. This party and its social media accounts are considered to have a major role in misrepresenting and viraling the remarks of Supreme Court Chief Justice Surya Kant. Regarding this, Karnataka BJP leader S. Vignesh Shishir has filed a petition and placed complete information about this party before the court.
Why was the petition filed against Cockroach Janata Party?
BJP leader S. Vignesh Shishir has filed a PIL in the Lucknow bench of Allahabad High Court. In this petition, extradition has also been demanded against its founder Abhijit Deepke. In the petition, a demand has also been made to get all the social media accounts of this party investigated by NIA and ED. The petition filed said that Cockroach Janata Party and its associated digital platforms are working to instigate the youth and create an atmosphere against the sovereignty and security of the country. It has also been claimed in the petition that international conspiracy and anti-national elements are behind such actions of this party. Not only this, in this petition a demand has also been made to initiate criminal action against its founder Abhijit Deepke and start the process of his extradition. All social media accounts, pages, channels and profiles associated with Cockroach Janata Party, be it X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc., should either be permanently suspended or the Government of India should be asked to block them.
Is the cockroach really an agent of the Janata Party political agenda?
The way this party and its social media platforms have played a big role in making the statements of Supreme Court Chief Justice Surya Kant distorted and viral, it seems that this party has some big agenda and this party wants to set such a narrative in the country which will spoil the atmosphere of the country. The way this party came on social media, it can only be said that an attempt is being made to carry out some big conspiracy behind it. Whose hand is behind this, whose mind is behind this and what is his/her intention, it must be investigated.
