Sandwich can be made even without bread
Sandwich: If you have run out of bread at home, it does not mean that you cannot enjoy a delicious sandwich. Tasty and healthy sandwich without bread can be easily prepared with the help of semolina, curd and vegetables. This recipe is not only quick to prepare, but children also like it very much. This is a nutritious alternative to outside junk food, which can be made for breakfast, tiffin or to satisfy evening hunger. Ingredients to make Breadless Potato Sandwich:
4 big potatoes, 2 tbsp flour, half tsp salt, half cup mozzarella cheese, oregano as per taste, chilli flakes as per taste, half cup corn, half cup chopped capsicum, half cup chopped tomatoes, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, salt as per taste
How to make Breadless Potato Sandwich:
Step 1: Grate the potatoes into fine, long fibers using the largest hole in the grater. Soak grated potatoes in cold water for 2-3 minutes.
Step 2: Drain and squeeze out all the excess water from the potatoes. Add flour and salt to it and mix well.
Step 3: Add 2 tablespoons oil in the pan. Spread the grated potatoes on the pan and press well.
Step 4: Let the potatoes cook on medium heat, pressing them well in between to combine.
Step 5: When the potatoes turn golden from the bottom side, turn them over and cook until the other side also turns golden.
Step 6: Meanwhile, prepare the stuffing for the sandwich.
Step 7: Mix all the ingredients together except the cheese slices. Spread the stuffing of your choice on half of the potato bread,
Step 8: For more cheesy taste, place cheese slices on top. Cover it with the remaining half of the potato bread and press. Cook it until the stuffing is cooked well.
Ninth Step: Now take it out from the pan and apply garlic butter on top for taste. Cut the sandwiches and serve.
