This thing has come to light during the investigation. Woman Eva Larsen suffered fatal injuries in this accident. These injuries occurred when he tried to catch the ‘scared’ horse. After this the horse got scared and ran away quickly. This horse was being taken back to a riding school located in Sutton, Kent. There are speculations that the 59-year-old dog breeder and hotel manager, resident of Chihlam village, may have been crushed under her feet or kicked by the horse while she was holding the reins of the horse.

After this, Eva Larson was taken to the hospital via air ambulance with serious internal injuries. The treatment here started on August 27, 2025, while despite all the efforts of the doctors, the organs stopped functioning on October 13, 2025. Apart from this, he died due to organ failure and infection. Larson’s friend Nigel Anderson described the horse, named ‘Davy’, as ‘unpredictable’. During the investigation, it was also revealed that just a few weeks before this fatal incident, a horse had thrown Larsen off its back, causing injuries to his hips and a cut on his chin.

Jurors were also told that Eva Larsen had to take the horse back to the stable on foot because she had failed to get back into the saddle after falling from the horse while riding (hack). Larson was accompanied by Cornillo Riding School instructor Sally Deverill. He recalled that when Larson stood up from the ground, she was laughing and appeared to be unharmed.

At the same time, the horse ran away scared of the barking dogs, and dragged it on a village road, while she was trying to take it forward on foot. By the way, Larsen started horse riding at ‘Cornillo Riding’ stable. Despite this he lost his life.
