Pakistan’s security forces killed 17 rebels in Balochistan, people were being taken by force for 24 hours

Islamabad. After the suicide attack on the link train in Balochistan’s capital Quetta on May 24, Pakistan’s security forces have launched the biggest military operation ever against the insurgents. 17 rebels have been killed in this action. For the last 24 hours, people are being forcibly taken from their homes on the basis of suspicion. This claim has been made in the report of The Balochistan Post. But Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), the public relations wing of Pakistan Army, has termed the slain rebels as terrorists.

ISPR said in a statement on Tuesday that 17 terrorists were killed in an intelligence-based military operation in Mastung, Nushki, Zahari, Khuzdar and Kech in Balochistan, Geo News reported. ISPR has alleged that the killed terrorists are supported by India. During the operation, their hideouts were destroyed and a large number of arms and ammunition were recovered. Balochistan government spokesperson said that at least 14 people were killed in the blast near Chaman railway crossing in Quetta. These included three soldiers of Frontier Corps.

The Balochistan Post reports that Pakistan Army’s military operation launched on Tuesday against organizations demanding independence is still going on. Thousands of infantry, gunships and other helicopters, artillery and drones are involved in this operation. Security forces have surrounded many parts of district Mastung, Kalat, Nushki, Kech and Khuzdar. Mobile internet service has been stopped at these places. So far, it has been claimed that 17 rebels have been killed. It has been said that weapons, explosives and improvised explosive devices have also been recovered from these demolished bases.

It has been told that during this time, security forces raided houses in Bulbul Jahri area and detained many people including Sardar Naseer Musyani and have sent them to some unknown place. Balochistan National Party has held a press conference in Quetta today against this incident. It said there was a clash between freedom fighters and security forces in Bulbul Jahri area of ​​Khuzdar district.

After the clash, army personnel in 12 vehicles reached the house of Balochistan National Party Central Executive Committee member, former District Nazim Khuzdar and chief of Musani tribe, Sardar Naseer Ahmed Musyani. From there, Sardar Nasir Ahmed Musyani, his two children Mir Zahari Khan Musyani and Mir Khalil Ahmed Musyani and several other relatives were picked up and confined in Bulbul Cross School. During this time, these people were also beaten up.
