Bruno Genesio agrees Olympique Marseille move as new manager in deal until 2028 with option

Olympique de Marseille have reached an agreement with Bruno Genesio to become their new head coach. The experienced French tactician is set to take over at the Stade Vélodrome following the end of his spell at Lille OSC.

According to journalist Santi Aounathe deal is now in place. Bruno Genesio has agreed terms with Marseille on a contract running until June 2028with an option for a further year. The paperwork is expected to be signed in the coming days.

This move marks a significant chapter for OM as they rebuild under new president Stéphane Richard. Genesio emerges as the top candidate after Lille confirmed his departure at the end of his two-year contract.
