Yogi Cabinet: Honorarium of government lawyers increased, new fees fixed for debate on monthly retainership.

Yogi Cabinet Meeting: Yogi Cabinet has taken an important decision regarding government lawyers. Yogi Government has given a gift to the government lawyers. Yogi Government has increased the honorarium of government lawyers. Monthly retainership and new debate fees have been fixed. The government revised the rate of retainership and daily fees given to state law officers. The retainership of District Government Advocate was nine thousand rupees, now it has become 14 thousand rupees. The fee became Rs 2500 per working day instead of Rs 1650.

Additional District Government Advocate got retainership of Rs 11 thousand instead of Rs 7200. The debate fee became Rs 2300 instead of Rs 1500. Assistant District Government Advocate will get a retainership of Rs 10,000 instead of Rs 6,300. It has become 2300 instead of 1500. With this, the number of Sub District Government Advocates has increased from 5400 to 9 thousand. You will get Rs 2000 instead of Rs 1275.

Retainership of Rs 1.25 lakh per month to Advocate General

Namika Vakil will get Rs 2300 instead of Rs 1500 per day. Special advocate will also be given Rs 1500 to 2300. Amicus curiae civil-criminal will get Rs 2300 per working day instead of Rs 1500. The retainership of the Advocate General has been changed from Rs 75 thousand per month to Rs 1.25 lakh and the debate fee has been reduced to Rs 60 thousand instead of Rs 40 thousand. The retainership of the Chief Standing Advocate was increased from Rs 22 thousand to Rs 35 thousand. The debate fee has been Rs 12 thousand.

Along with this, land will be made available for the Sub-Registrar Office in Mohanlalganj, Lucknow. For this, the Stamp and Registration Department got 953 square meters of land on a 90-year lease at an annual lease rent of Re 1. The Cabinet has approved the proposal to run 1725 new electric buses for 17 municipal corporations, Noida and Jewar Airport.
