Ingredients for Chili Paneer
- 250 grams paneer
- 1 large onion
- 1 coarse chili
- 2 green chillies
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 teaspoons cornflour
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tsp red chili sauce
- 1 tsp tomato sauce
- Half a teaspoon of vinegar
- Salt and black pepper
- Oil
- Spring onion
Easy way to make Chili Paneer
First, mix flour, cornflour, salt and little water in a bowl. Add paneer pieces to it and coat well. Now heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer till light golden. In another pan add some oil and add ginger-garlic paste and green chillies. Then cook the onion and red chillies on high flame. Now add soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato sauce, salt, black pepper powder and vinegar to it and combine all the mixture. Finally add the fried paneer and toss well.
