Singer Pawan Singh will become MLC: BJP announced names of 4 candidates for Bihar Legislative Council elections

New Delhi. Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Friday announced the names of four candidates including Bhojpuri singer and actor Pawan Singh for the Bihar Legislative Council elections. BJP National General Secretary Arun Singh said here today that the Central Election Committee has approved the names of four candidates for the biennial elections of Bihar Legislative Council.

He told that the party has made candidates Pawan Singh, Dr. Sanjay Mayukh, Anil Kumar Thakur and Sheela Pandit. It is noteworthy that the tenure of nine members of Bihar Legislative Council is ending on June 28. The Election Commission has issued a notification regarding conducting elections. According to the Commission, if necessary, voting will be held on June 18.
