- 1 cup semolina (rava)
- 1/4 cup fresh curd
- 1 cup water
- 2 to 3 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 3 to 4 tablespoons finely chopped tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped green chillies
- 3 tbsp finely chopped coriander
- salt as per taste
- oil as required
Prepare delicious Rava Onion Uttapam like this
First of all, add semolina and curd in a big bowl and mix well. Now prepare smooth batter by adding water and salt to it. Keep the batter covered for about an hour so that the semolina swells well and the mixture becomes thick.
After this, heat a nonstick pan and apply a little oil on it. Pour the prepared batter on the pan and spread it in a round shape with light hands. Take care not to spread it too thinly like dosa.
Now spread finely chopped onion, tomato, green chilli and green coriander evenly over it. Add some oil on the sides and let it cook on medium flame. When the uttapam becomes golden and crispy from the bottom side, turn it over and cook the other side also well.
