Shilpa Shinde shares cryptic post after AICWA’s demand

TV actress Shilpa Shinde has remained in the spotlight after admitting that her sexual harassment allegations against Sister-in-law is at home producer Sanjay Kohli were false.

The statement triggered strong reactions online, and the All India Cine Workers Association (AICWA) called for strict action against the actress.

The association also appealed to Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis to look into the issue.

Despite the criticism, the 48-year-old actress appears unfazed and continues to stand by her position.

On Saturday, June 6, she shared another cryptic post on Instagram. Posting a reel featuring her photos, she included the message: “Be a woman, always ready to say jo ukhadna hai ukhad lo.”

Along with the reel, she wrote in the caption, “Jalne walo jalte raho apna khoon kisi jaurat mand ko mat do jala ke jala ke katam kar do.”

Although Shilpa did not mention anyone directly, many social media users felt the post was aimed at those criticising her.

The Chinna actress has also found herself in a public spat with Hina Khan.

The disagreement started after Hina expressed shock over people supporting such an “absurd and lowly action,” especially after the person involved had admitted to it.

Soon after Hina’s comments, the Amrapali lead made remarks that many believed were linked to the actress’s breast cancer diagnosis and her father’s passing. She also accused some people of using her name to gain attention.

The issue traces back to 2016 when Shilpa left Bhabhiji is at home following a major fallout with the makers of the show.

At the time, she accused producer Sanjay Kohli of sexual harassment and alleged that he had acted inappropriately with her during the production of the sitcom. Kohli, who co-produced the show under Edit II Productions, denied the allegations.
