Additionally, an alert has been issued for heavy rainfall in several areas of coastal Karnataka, Kerala, Mahe, and Lakshadweep during June 6-12. According to the Meteorological Department, rainfall is likely in coastal Karnataka, Kerala, Mahe, and Lakshadweep during June 6-12.
