BSNL Live TV: In today’s time, the increasing DTH and OTT recharge every month for watching TV has troubled the people, but now the government telecom company BSNL has come up with such a service offer which is going to provide more than 600 live TV channels to the customer at the starting price of just Rs 42.37. The most important thing about this plan is that your internet data will not be consumed while watching these channels. Let us tell you that this service of BSNL is known as IFTV (Internet Protocol Television) which works on a completely different technology from traditional cable and DTH services.

What is BSNL IFTV and why is it being discussed?

IFTV means Internet Protocol Television. If we talk about it, it transmits TV channels directly to your smart TV through BSNL’s Bharat Fiber network. This service runs on the company’s internal network i.e. Intranet, hence it does not use broadband data. Due to which users can watch more than 600 live TV channels, HD content and many regional language channels without worrying about running out of data. At the same time, facilities like OTT and cloud gaming are also being provided in some plans.

No need of cable, no hassle of dish antenna.

Let us tell you that the biggest advantage of BSNL IFTV is its easy setup. In which you do not need to install a dish on the roof of the house or get a separate cable connection. How to activate IFTV?

If you also want to avail this facility, then first of all you must have FTTH broadband connection of BSNL and a smart TV. To start the service, send Hello on WhatsApp to number 1800-4444. After this, link broadband account with your registered mobile number and select FTTH or Landline Activate IFTV option. After completing this process, download the Skypro Selfcare app on your smart TV and login. After which the world of live TV channels will open in front of you.
