There has been a huge sensation on social media for the last few hours regarding the re-examination (Re-NEET) of the medical entrance exam NEET UG 2026. There are claims being made all around about ‘paper leak’ of the examination, which has raised the anxieties of lakhs of students and their parents. But now the country’s largest testing agency, National Testing Agency (NTA), has come forward and issued a big statement on this entire matter, which has revealed the entire truth of this alleged leak.

NTA has made it clear in a strict tone that whatever news is circulating on social media platforms and messaging apps is complete nonsense. The agency clarified that all the claims being made about the paper of NEET re-examination to be held on June 21 being leaked, the paper being received in advance or the paper being sold on social media, are 100 percent false, fake and misleading. NTA has given strict instructions to the students and parents not to fall into any such trap and not to give even a single penny of their hard-earned money to anyone.

NTA has also revealed in its official statement why such false claims have suddenly started floating like a flood on social media. The agency said that all this is a well-planned work of organized copying mafia and vicious thugs. These gangs are taking advantage of the stress, fear and anxiety going on within the students and their families during this critical time of examinations.

This gang of thugs is running a dirty business of extorting huge amounts of money from innocent students by showing fake and fake question papers on the internet. NTA has clearly said that every such claim floating on the internet is completely fabricated and has nothing to do with the ground reality.

What did NTA say in the official statement?

Considering the seriousness of the entire matter, the National Testing Agency has strengthened its position by issuing an official message in English also. NTA said:

“The National Testing Agency (NTA) has noted certain messages circulating on social media and messaging platforms claiming a ‘leak,’ advance access, or ‘sale’ of the NEET (UG) 2026 re-examination question paper. These claims are false, fraudulent, and intended to mislead.”

That is, the agency is constantly emphasizing that the sanctity of the examination is completely intact and students should focus on their preparation without any mental pressure or rumours. Instead of relying on any unauthorized sources or social media claims, students should only consider the updates on the official website of NTA as true.
