Suryavanshi was bought by Rajasthan team for Rs 1 crore 10 lakh in the auction held before 2025. Apart from RR, Delhi Capitals (DC) team had shown interest in buying him. In this interview, the 15 year old young batsman said that to be honest, when I was selected, I was thinking that only two teams had bid for me. Why so? I play well, I did well in trials. Other teams should have also bid for me. But I have been with the team for one and a half years. I am telling you honestly that I have thanked God a thousand times for including me in a team like Rajasthan. The coaches, support staff, players and management team, media team, physios and trainers, everyone here feels like a family.
