FIFA World Cup: Brazil-Germany won in the friendly match, Belgium defeated Tunisia 5-0
FIFA World Cup 2026 friendly matches: Many big teams performed strongly in the international friendly matches played as part of the preparations for the FIFA World Cup 2026. Brazil, Germany and Portugal showed great form by winning their respective matches, while Belgium registered a huge 5-0 win against Tunisia in a one-sided match.
Brazil further strengthened its preparations by defeating Egypt 2-1. Bruno Guimaraes and Andrique scored goals for the team. Guimaraes opened Brazil’s account with a fine finish in the first half, while Egypt equalized through Mustapha Zico’s goal. However, Brazil kept up the pressure and eventually won the match.
Brazil won the match 2-1
Egypt took full advantage of the mistake made by defender Marquinhos. The score remained 1-1 in the first half. Young player Andrique, who came as a replacement in the second half, scored an excellent goal on Raphinha’s cross to put Brazil ahead 2-1. After this, Brazil maintained the lead and won the match 2-1.
Germany defeated America
At the same time, Germany performed brilliantly against America at Soldier Field in Chicago. Kai Havertz scored the first goal for Germany, but America equalized with a strong goal by Antoine Robinson. The match remained thrilling, but Leroy Sane scored the decisive goal to give Germany a 2–1 victory. With this win, Germany continued their strong form and this was their ninth consecutive win.
Portugal lost the match
Portugal won against Chile, but this victory was not entirely easy for the team. In the match, Rafael Leao was shown a red card for a controversial incident in the first half, which caused a blow to Portugal. Despite this, Goncalo Guedes and Bruno Fernandes scored brilliant goals in the second half to give the team victory. Captain Cristiano Ronaldo remained on the field for some time and was later rested.

On the other hand, Belgium performed brilliantly against Tunisia, defeating a team of 10 players 5-0. Leandro Trossard scored the first goal for Belgium in the 28th minute. Atalanta’s Charles de Keteler doubled Belgium’s lead early in the second half, and soon after Ismael Gharbi was sent off with a red card, tilting the match further in the hosts’ favour. Belgian captain Kevin De Bruyne scored his 37th international goal to make the score 3-0. After this, Dodi Lukebakio and Nicholas Raskin scored goals to seal Belgium’s big victory.
