The former NBA champion directed a strong message toward San Antonio fans while questioning the impact of the reigning Defensive Player of the Year.
“I’ma tell the Spurs fans this: Y’all got a problem. Y’all have a serious problem.”
Perkins went even further by suggesting Wembanyama failed to meet expectations on the biggest stage.
“The DPOY got exposed last night.”
