Bihar: The famous coaching hub of Patna, the capital of Bihar, is currently at the center of a fierce controversy and legal dispute. Faisal Khan alias ‘Khan Sir’, the director of ‘Khan Global Studies’, very popular among students for his unique teaching style, is said to be absconding from Patna at present.
Raids in many districts
The Special Investigation Team of Patna Police is continuously raiding many districts of Patna and its surrounding areas for his arrest. Khan sir has not appeared in public since the controversy escalated. Whereas the police has presented its case diary regarding this entire incident in the local court.
Bloody conflict took place in two nights
The main root of this entire controversy is the professional competition that started after the results of Bihar Police Recruitment Examination. After the result of constable recruitment was declared on May 27, both the big institutes ‘Khan Global Studies’ and ‘Gyan Bindu GS Academy’ claimed record number of successful students from their respective institutes.
War between the two institutions
There was a competition to put up posters and banners across the city and to organize felicitation ceremonies for the successful candidates. During this time, it was alleged that some employees of Khan Global Studies hung their banner above the publicity board of Gyan Bindu Coaching. This minor dispute soon turned into a war of prestige between the two institutions. After this, the tension reached its peak on the night of 2 and 3 June. When there was heavy stone pelting, vandalism and firing between the two groups.
Viral video changed the direction of investigation
Initially, acting on the complaint of Khan Global Studies, the police arrested Gyan Bindu Coaching Director Roshan Anand on charges of assault and sent him to jail. But soon after this, the whole matter changed when a new video went viral on social media.

In this viral video, private security personnel allegedly associated with Khan sir’s institute were seen openly waving weapons and firing bullets. Taking cognizance of the video, Patna Police team raided the institute located in Kadamkuan area and took two security guards into custody.
FIR registered
Police have confiscated both the weapons found from them and sent them to the Forensic Science Laboratory for examination. On the basis of CCTV footage and technical evidence, the police have now registered an FIR in Kadamkuan police station, making Khan sir also an accused in this violence.

The police is now strictly investigating who gave the order to open fire in the restricted area and with what intention this use of weapons was made. After this big action, there is a stir in the coaching world of Patna.
