Now alleged private chat screenshots said to be linked to Janhvi Kapoor began circulating on social media.
The unverified messages have drawn attention to Skinswhich starred Ram Charan in the leading role.
The screenshots, widely shared by fan pages and movie-related accounts, claim that the 29-year-old actress had raised concerns during the filming of some scenes involving her character.
According to the messages, she was uncomfortable with certain camera shots and reportedly asked the team to avoid specific ways of filming those sequences.
One screenshot that gained traction online allegedly suggests that the actress objected to shots that focused heavily on parts of her body. The messages claim she had clearly communicated her limits while working on the film.
The leaked conversations also appear to suggest that Ram Charan stood by her concerns.
In one of the alleged messages, the Bawaal actress is said to have mentioned that the actor stepped in and supported her request regarding the filming of particular scenes.
The screenshots surfaced at a time when some viewers have already been debating the portrayal of Janhvi’s character, Achiyyamma.
So far, neither Janhvi Kapoor nor the makers of Skins have issued any statement regarding the alleged chat screenshots.
