JP Nadda’s attack on Mamata Banerjee, said- ‘Public has rejected ‘Hobe Na’ politics’

Tezzbuzz Desk – After the change of power in the politics of West Bengal, political rhetoric between Bharatiya Janata Party and Trinamool Congress has intensified. In this sequence, Union Health and Family Welfare Minister JP Nadda launched a scathing attack on former Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and her party. He said that the change in Bengal is not just a political change but a victory of development and good governance.

Addressing a program, JP Nadda said that the law and order of the state remained a serious challenge during the previous regime. He alleged that effective action was not taken against incidents of crime and violence and common people faced difficulties in getting justice. According to him, the new government is working to connect the state with the mainstream of development.

Referring to the Ayushman Bharat scheme, Nadda said that earlier this scheme was not implemented in the state, due to which lakhs of people could not get the benefit of health facilities. He claimed that now this scheme will be expanded in the state and a large number of citizens will benefit from it.

The Union Minister said that the Central Government is continuously providing support to Bengal in the health sector. Financial assistance is being provided to the state under the National Health Mission and other schemes, so that health services can be further strengthened. He also mentioned the benefits to Asha and Anganwadi workers, senior citizens and poor families.

State Chief Minister Shubhendu Adhikari also targeted the former government in the program. He said that the aim of the new government is to implement the central schemes rapidly and deliver their benefits to the people. The Chief Minister assured that work will be done expeditiously in the fields of health, employment and basic facilities.

He also announced that Jan Aushadhi Centers will be expanded in the state and new initiatives will be launched to improve health services. According to the Chief Minister, the priority of the government is to provide direct benefits of the schemes to the common people.

Amidst the ongoing political conflict in Bengal politics, the issues of health schemes and development have once again come into the center of discussion.
