From sound therapy to Ayurvedic massage, this is how Ananya Pandey spent her relaxing moments!

Actress Ananya Pandey has recently returned after taking a break from work and spending relaxing moments in the lap of nature. He posted stunning pictures of his trip via social media on Thursday. Actress Ananya Panday posted some pictures on Instagram. In these, she looks refreshed amidst the calm and lush green environment of nature.
Ananya Pandey told through her post that in this journey, along with having fun, she also learned many new and important things related to her body and health.

Sharing her travel experience, the actress wrote, “Had a very relaxing time amidst nature. During this, I meditated regularly and enjoyed morning walks amidst greenery. Apart from this, I also enjoyed Ayurvedic massage, oxygen therapy and tasted nutritious food.”

The actress wrote, “A team of doctors and Ayurveda experts were also present with us on this trip, from which I got many useful information to understand my body better and stay healthy.”

The actress also mentioned some of the activities there through her post. He wrote, “During this trip, I took aqua therapy and got to experience sound therapy by visiting the world’s largest sonorium. Apart from this, spent time with doggie, acupuncture, read my favorite books and spent time with myself. All these things made my trip even more relaxing.”

Talking about actress Ananya Pandey, she was recently seen in the film ‘Chand Mera Dil’ with Lakshya Lalwani. The film is directed by Vivek Soni. The film received mixed response from the audience.

While on one hand his mature acting is being praised, on the other hand he has faced a lot of criticism and trolling on social media regarding a fusion Bharatnatyam dance sequence in the film.
