Actor Akshay Kumar attracted everyone’s attention with his unique style at the trailer launch event of his new film ‘Welcome to the Jungle’. During the event, he was asked questions about retirement and playing a flop actor in the film. Akshay answered all the questions jokingly. A journalist noted the scene in the film which depicts Akshay as a failed actor. This question made the atmosphere serious for a while, but Akshay smiled and said that he is only playing a character and the audience should consider it as a part of the story.

Akshay’s perspective on retirement

When asked about retirement, Akshay Kumar said that sometimes the thought crosses his mind, but only for a few seconds. He joked that one should only retire five minutes before one dies. According to him, working keeps life active and enthusiastic. Akshay laughingly said that if he retired, all the household chores would be his responsibility, like fixing electricity, walking the dog and gardening. Therefore, he likes working on film sets more.

Fees and emotional significance of the film

There were many rumors on social media regarding his fees. Akshay Kumar clarified that the amount being quoted is not correct. He said that the film holds more emotional importance for him than money, as its story was written by late writer Neeraj Vohra. ‘Welcome to the Jungle’ is a comedy and action-packed film, in which many leading actors will also be seen along with Akshay Kumar. The film is scheduled to release in theaters on June 26, and the audience is looking forward to it.
