Today the price of gold has increased to the highest level of Rs 1,56,900 per 10 grams in the bullion market of Delhi. On the Multi Commodity Exchange, a rise of Rs 915 was recorded in the futures price of 24 carat gold and it became Rs 1,49,847 per 10 grams. According to bullions, the latest price of 24 carat gold remains strong at the level of Rs 1,50,900 per 10 grams. Whereas the price of 22 carat gold has reached Rs 1,38,325 and the price of 18 carat gold has reached Rs 1,13,175 per 10 grams.
Huge increase in silver rates
Like gold, the prices of silver have also seen a huge rise and are touching the sky. Today the price of silver has increased to Rs 2,55,700 per kg in Delhi’s bullion market. On Multi Commodity Exchange, the future price of silver has increased by Rs 3,132 to Rs 2,42,785 per kg. According to GoodReturns, today the new price of one kg silver in the market has increased to a record level of Rs 2,60,000.
Gold price in major cities
Today, the prices of 10 grams of 24 carat gold have been recorded differently in major cities of the country. Today the price of 24 carat gold in the capital Delhi, Lucknow, Patna, Noida and Jaipur is Rs 1,49,230 per 10 grams. Whereas in the country’s financial capital Mumbai, Kolkata, Pune and Bangalore, the price of 10 grams of gold today is Rs 1,49,080. Apart from this, the price of gold in the bullion market of Chennai has reached the highest level of Rs 1,51,200 per 10 grams.

Silver price in major cities
On the silver front also, different rates are being seen in different cities of India. Today the price of one kg silver has been recorded at Rs 2,60,000 in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Lucknow, Patna and Jaipur. On the other hand, in southern and eastern cities like Chennai, Hyderabad and Bhubaneswar, silver is being sold at Rs 2,65,000 per kg. Due to these increased prices, common buyers may have to increase their budget for purchasing jewelry.
