Next 5 Motorcycles From Royal Enfield: Scram 450 To Himalayan 750

The latest launch from Royal Enfield has been the Bullet 650. It went on sale in May this year. The company has promising launch plans for the future. Here is a closer look at the next five launches from Royal Enfield, along with tentative launch timelines.

Royal Enfield is expected to launch the Himalayan 440 sometime around the festive season this year. It will bridge the gap between Scram 440 and the outgoing Himalayan 450 in Royal Enfield’s portfolio. The most interesting aspect is that the Himalayan 440 will have the original Himalayan 411’s styling.

It will, however, have more features than the 411. We also expect it to feature revised graphics. Powering the Himalayan 440 will be a 443cc air- or oil-cooled engine making 25.4 bhp and 34 Nm.

Flying Flea, Royal Enfield’s dedicated EV sub-brand launched its first product, the C6, in April this year. The second product will be an electric scrambler motorcycle based on the same L platform as the C6. As revealed by spy sightings, it will have a more rugged, crossover-inspired styling. The S6 is likely to come with the same 3.91 kWh battery pack as the C6. It is likely to have a claimed range of around 154km per charge. The S6 could have a slightly higher ex-showroom price than the C6.

Royal Enfield is known to be developing a cafe racer powered by the 750cc engine. It will be called the Continental GT 750 when launched. A semi-faired version called GT-R 750 will also be introduced. Both these bikes will be powered by the 750cc engine, which is essentially a heavily reworked version of the 650cc unit.

The GT 750 and GT-R 75, expected to arrive in late 2026 or in early 2027, will feature the neo-retro styling that we see on the outgoing Continental GT. The 750cc versions will come with twin disc brakes at the front, clip-on handlebars, and various other improvements. These motorcycles will likely offer around 55hp and 65Nm.

A scrambler motorcycle based on the Himalayan 450’s Sherpa platform is known to be under development. It will use the same 452cc liquid-cooled Sherpa engine that makes 40hop and 40Nm. It will be mated to a six-speed transmission. However, since it is a scrambler, the engine tuning and gear ratios are likely to be different from those of the Himalayan 450 or Guerrilla.

On the design front, the Scram 450 is expected to borrow significantly from the Guerrilla 450. Body panels are likely to be kept minimal and the motorcycle will have a long-travel suspension and dual-purpose tyres.

Another launch expected in early 2027 is the Himalayan 750. This motorcycle has been spied testing multiple times in the past and several details of its design are already known.

It will look more premium and butch than the 450. It will be based on a new platform. The chassis, swingarm and suspension setup will all be new. It will get a tall windscreen, large wheels, long travel suspension, twin front discs, and several other features.

Royal Enfield is likely to introduce two variants of the big Himalayan- road-focussed and adventure-focussed, differing sharply with their suspension travel and wheels. The 750cc parallel-twin engine will make around 55 hp and 65 Nm.
