CM Samrat’s action: 2700 officers will be punished in Bihar, created panic!
Patna. Bihar government has prepared to take a big step to provide timely government services to the common people. Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary has clearly indicated that strict action will be taken against officials who are negligent in public work. According to reports, the government has identified about 2700 such officers, whose functioning is being monitored.
If work is not done in 30 days, action will be taken
According to the Chief Minister, the government has made arrangements so that the applications of the common people and important works are completed within the stipulated time. If due to any official the public work remains stuck for a long time then his responsibility will be fixed. The objective of the government is to make the administration more accountable and transparent.
Expansion of airport and air network
Referring to the development plans in Bihar, the Chief Minister said that in the coming time, there are plans to develop new airports in Rajgir and Sasaram-Kaimur area. Apart from this, work will also be done on expanding the network of airports, helipads and airstrips in the state as per the need.
Industrial investment will increase employment opportunities
The Chief Minister said that work is being done to bring investment on a large scale in Bihar. The government has set a target to bring industrial investment up to Rs 5 lakh crore in the coming time. Along with this, efforts are also being made to develop Rajgir and Munger as defense corridors, which can create new employment opportunities for the youth.
Road and bridge projects gain momentum in the state
Referring to the development works done in the state, the Chief Minister said that road connectivity in rural areas has been strengthened. The campaign to provide pucca roads to villages and hamlets is going on. Apart from this, efforts are being made to improve the traffic system by building bridges on many major rivers including Ganga.
Emphasis given on schemes for women and poor
The Chief Minister also mentioned the ongoing schemes towards women empowerment. He said that a large number of women in Bihar are becoming financially strong by joining self-help groups. The government claims that efforts are being made to provide assistance to the needy people through public welfare schemes.
