The Athletics Federation of India (AFI) has released the preliminary list of 32-member contingent for the Glasgow Commonwealth Games 2026. Federation spokesperson and World Athletics Vice President Adil Sumariwala made it clear in a press conference that Neeraj Chopra will have to first achieve the qualification mark to play in this tournament. He told that all the other athletes selected in the list have already qualified, Neeraj is the only player who is yet to qualify.
