Temporary ban on Telegram before NEET UG re-exam, flood of memes on social media
Social Media Memes: Before the NEET UG 2026 re-exam, the Central Government has taken a big step and imposed a temporary ban on the messaging app Telegram till June 22. The government says that this decision has been taken to prevent cheating, paper leaks and spread of fake information in the examination.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has also welcomed the move and said it will help in making the examination process more secure and transparent. It is noteworthy that the NEET UG exam held on May 3 was canceled after allegations of irregularities and paper leaks. After this, now the examination is being conducted again on 21st June.
