Commissioner Vindhyachal Division and Nodal Officer Sonbhadra will review, inspect development works tomorrow and participate in Ratri Chaupal.

Commissioner Vindhyachal Division, Mirzapur and Nodal Officer of Sonbhadra district Rajesh Prakash, IAS, will visit Sonbhadra district on June 20, 2026. According to the scheduled program, he will be present in the district and participate in programs related to review, inspection, verification of various development works and resolution of public problems.

Under the tour program, the Commissioner will review the compliance of the minutes issued by the Minister in-charge at 3:00 pm in the Collectorate Auditorium. Besides, a detailed review of the progress of the flagship schemes available on the Chief Minister’s dashboard and the status of redressal of public grievances will also be done.

After this, the Commissioner will conduct on-site inspection of two important projects costing more than Rs 5 crore identified by the District Magistrate and take stock of the quality and progress of the works and provide necessary guidelines.

After the review and inspection programs, Commissioner and Nodal Officer Rajesh Prakash will participate in the night chaupal organized in the Gram Panchayat of Kon development block. By establishing communication with the villagers through Chaupal, they will get information about the implementation of public welfare schemes of the government and after listening to the problems and suggestions of the common people, they will give necessary instructions to the concerned officials to solve them. All necessary preparations have been completed by the district administration regarding the commissioner’s tour program.
