CM sir! I want justice…

Lucknow.

A helpless poor woman is wandering from door to door in Hakim’s city in search of justice. The matter is of Mishrapur under Gudamba police station area of the capital. The trust of a working woman who worked at home to earn two meals a day was murdered by vicious thugs.

By coaxing, we obtained his Aadhaar and PAN card. After this, he took a bank loan of Rs 6 lakh and went to Dakar. When the bank asked for her money, the working woman realized that she had been defrauded.

The real fight started after this. She went to everyone from ‘Khadi’ to ‘Khaki’ with the complaint of fraud. But the system is such that no one listens to the poor. On one hand, there is the sting of betrayal and on the other, the burden of huge loan amount. The poor girl has been making rounds of the police station for months. The result was nothing. After wandering everywhere, now this helpless woman has only hope for justice from the Chief Minister of the state Yogi Adityanath.

Fake loan through Aadhar-PAN

Amit Kumar’s wife Sandhya, who lives in Mishrapur of Gudamba police station, is a domestic worker by profession. Somehow, by working hard, she is living her life with her husband.

Sandhya, the victim of fraud, told that she was doing domestic work in a house with Sagar Rastogi for the last several years. Over time, strong relationships were formed with family members. He had full trust in the Rastogi family, but it was here that he was betrayed.

The victim told that the game started in November 2024. Sagar and his wife Shubhi got Sandhya’s Aadhaar and PAN card on the pretext of getting benefits of some government scheme. He gave the documents. There was no action for about one and a half years. Then suddenly in May 2026, her husband Amit Kumar gets a call from Bank of Baroda.

The bankers said that he had taken a loan of six lakh rupees. His installment is not being deposited. On hearing this, the ground slipped beneath Sandhya’s feet. After contacting the bank he informed that no loan of Rs 6 lakh has been taken by him.

When the bank officials showed her the documents, the husband and wife were shocked. Both of them understood that they had become victims of fraud. The woman also claims that later a call was also received from a Bullet showroom, from which she got information about other facts related to the financial transaction.

From there the victim went straight to the Rastogi family and told the whole story. On this, the Rastogi couple completely rejected the idea of taking a bank loan on the basis of the victim’s documents. The victim says that he tried a lot and pleaded to get out of the loan issue. But, the Rastogi family showed him the way out.

No FIR in a month

See the irony that a poor working woman becomes a victim of fraud and the police is reluctant to register an FIR. The police station officer’s slippers got worn out while doing Ganesh parikrama. The hearts of those in khaki uniform did not fail. While registering the complaint, the police did not bother to investigate the matter. Even after complaining on the IGRS portal, the police got the victim to write a letter saying she was satisfied with the action and moved away after filing a police report.

This is the situation when the Chief Minister and DGP are repeatedly issuing guidelines to the police department for speedy disposal of such fraud related cases. The victim is wandering helpless before the system. The victim alleges that she had given a written complaint to the concerned police officers on May 20. Later he also gave an application in the Police Commissioner’s office demanding justice, but till now the case has not been registered.

charge of threatening

The woman has also accused some people of pressurizing and threatening her to withdraw the complaint. However, these allegations could not be independently confirmed.
The truth will come out only after investigation.

At present the allegations made in the case are based on the claims of one party. The actual situation of the entire episode will become clear only after the police investigation and reports from the concerned departments. An official statement from the police officials in this matter is awaited. independent morning Has presented the news based on the allegations of the victim. The newspaper does not verify the veracity of the claims. At present, the matter is very sensitive. An impartial investigation is necessary. After this the real picture will emerge. Tried to contact Gudamba in-charge but could not be contacted.

Bank’s negligence exposed

The victim woman has alleged that the role of bank employees along with some private individuals in this entire matter should also be investigated. He says that approval of such a huge loan without his knowledge and consent raises many questions. This is not the first time this has happened. Not only Sandhya, many innocent people like her are becoming victims of this kind of fraud every day. Somewhere there is negligence of bank management, due to which frauds are happening every day.
