The US Vice President said that if there had not been continuous dialogue and mediation between various parties, the talks between the US and Iran would not have reached this level. Vance said that recent diplomatic efforts have achieved some important goals. He said that achievements like reopening of the Strait of Hormuz and getting some commitments from Iran regarding its nuclear program have come to light.
