Read: Special Task Force (STF) of Uttar Pradesh has killed a notorious rewarded criminal Lallan Singh alias Lallan, resident of Bihar, in an encounter in Saharanpur. A reward of one lakh rupees was declared on Lalan Singh. Varanasi and Chandauli police were busy searching for him. Lalan Singh was injured in the encounter that took place on the intervening night of June 21-21 on Sarsawa-Nakur Road in Saharanpur. When taken to the hospital, the doctors declared him dead.
