As soon as the information about the accident was received, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath canceled his Aligarh tour midway and immediately left for Lucknow. Information about accident received during inauguration program

He said that some children have died tragically in the accident and the administration is engaged in relief work.

DGP and Additional Chief Secretary Home sent to the spot

The Chief Minister has instructed the Director General of Police (DGP) and Additional Chief Secretary (Home) to immediately reach the spot, take stock of the situation and give a complete report. He said that a thorough investigation will be conducted into the accident and strict action will be taken against the culprits.

13 people have died so far in the fire

The fire that broke out in the coaching center of Aliganj took a huge turn within a short time. Due to fire and smoke, the students and other people present in the building faced a lot of difficulties in coming out. Some people jumped from the building to save their lives.

After receiving information about the incident, fire brigade and police teams reached the spot. After a lot of effort, efforts were made to control the fire. After this, relief teams started the work of taking out the dead bodies from inside the building. So far, information about the death of 13 people has come to light in the accident.

The Chief Minister has instructed the officials to immediately provide better medical facilities to the people injured in the accident. Administration and health department teams have been asked to remain fully alert.

He said that the loss of lives in the fire accident in Lucknow is extremely sad and heartbreaking.
