England Girl Assault Case: A shocking case has come to light from Britain, in which a refugee who tried to rape a girl claimed that he could not have done so because his penis was too small. 35-year-old Hossein Mohmoudi (Hossein Mohmoudi Assault Case) was found guilty of assault and then exploitation of the girl last week, even though he had argued that due to his small penis and obesity, he was unable to have relations with any woman/girl. The investigation also revealed a shocking fact that this Iranian man, Hossein Mohmoudi, had been convicted five times in criminal cases in Germany before coming to Britain and seeking asylum after sailing a small boat across the Channel.
During the hearing at Snaresbrook Crown Court, it was informed that the accused Hossein Mohmoudi had committed wrongdoing while staying in a hostel as a refugee in London. He followed a young woman for an hour while returning home from a Christmas party in 2024. According to media reports, he followed him for 3 miles from Whitechapel to Stratford and even boarded the same bus. The attack was stopped after 27 seconds by a cyclist. The victim said that he had saved her.
During the trial, the jury was told that Mohmoudi had a number of medical conditions, including a micropenis and low libido, which were caused by smoking, depression and obesity. He cannot attack a woman. The court was also told that he was sentenced to ten months’ imprisonment for sailing a boat carrying migrants across the Channel. It is alleged that earlier also a complaint had been made against him in the police that he had chased a woman while she was walking her dog.

Public prosecutor Christian Moll said that Hossein Mohmoudi had left Iran in 2014 and had illegally entered four countries: Turkey, Greece, Germany and France before coming to Britain. It is alleged that Hossein Mohmoudi has been convicted twice of assault and thrice of causing criminal harm during his stay in Germany. Hussein Mohmoudi, 35, was found guilty of attempting to rape a woman in an alley.

The court was shown footage of Mohmoudi chasing his victim and crossing the road alongside her. The actual attack was not visible because of a gate, but the jury heard the woman’s screams, telling her to stop! wait! wait! Go to hell! Step back! Get out! Go to hell.

How to commit rape in 27 seconds?
David Aaronoff, defending Mohmoudi, claimed that 27 seconds was too short a time for attempted rape due to his alleged medical problems. But the victim said that the attack happened so hastily and fast that you could not even imagine.

Consultant called the accused a liar
On the other hand, consultant urologist Dr. George Foulis told the court that Mohmoudi’s penis was normal and he was lying. The jury also heard that Mohamoudi had received an email from the sperm bank regarding his application to donate sperm. He will be sentenced in this case next month.
