If you want to visit major religious places of the country in a low budget, then there is good news for you. You can visit the five major Jyotirlingas as well as the Dwarkadhish Temple and Ellora Caves in an 11-day journey by IRCTC’s ‘Bharat Gaurav Pravasi’ train. This tour will start from Rewa on July 11, 2026 and will end on July 21, 2026. This will include important religious and historical sites like Dwarka, Somnath, Bhimashankar, Trimbakeshwar, Grishneshwar and Ellora.
How much will it cost?
In this train, accommodation will be available in sleeper, 3AC and 2AC classes. The starting price of this package is ₹20,250 per person. For 3AC category it will be ₹33,250 per person and for 2AC category it will be ₹44,000 per person. The package includes train travel, accommodation, food, local transport and travel insurance. Although the main station is Rewa, passengers can also board the train from en route stations like Satna, Maihar, Katni, Jabalpur, Narsinghpur, Itarsi, Rani Kamalapati, Shujalpur and Ujjain. In the return journey, passengers can deboard at Khandwa, Itarsi, Narsinghpur, Jabalpur, Katni, Maihar, Satna and Rewa stations.
Which places will you visit?
As per the itinerary, the train will reach Dwarka on July 13. Here pilgrims will visit Dwarkadhish temple. On the second day, there is a plan to visit Bet Dwarka and Nageshwar Mahadev Temple. After this the train will leave for Somnath, where you will get a chance to see the famous Somnath Jyotirlinga. Then the journey will move towards Maharashtra; On reaching Pune, pilgrims will be taken to Bhimashankar Jyotirlinga. After this, the pilgrims will visit Trimbakeshwar Jyotirlinga in Nashik. On the last leg of the journey, the journey will reach Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, where the pilgrims will visit the Ghrishneshwar Jyotirlinga and the world famous Ellora Caves.
What features are included in it?
IRCTC will provide morning tea or coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner to passengers. In addition, a one liter bottle of ‘Rail Neer’ drinking water will be provided daily. Buses will be arranged for local transport at different places. Tour escorts and security personnel will be present in the train to assist the passengers during the journey. However, some services are not included in the package; The pilgrims will have to bear the expenses of memorial entry fee, special darshan ticket, camera fee, porter service, helicopter or *dolly* (palanquin) facility, personal expenses, medicines and laundry.
